Chair Yoga is a new online class that runs on Thursday afternoons from 3-3:30pm BST. This is offered via Zoom, which is an online conferencing tool and app. Once you are booked, I will send you a link to the meeting with instructions on how to join.
During this class, we will flow through a series of seated and standing yoga postures while focusing on our breath. All the postures use the chair for support.
The final five minutes of class are dedicated to relaxation, which is guided verbally by me.
Chair yoga is a wonderfully adaptable practice and is a great option if a mat-based class does not suit you.

This class will run on a donation-based sliding scale with a suggested donation of £2. No one will be turned away if they can’t pay. I know people are on limited income right now, so those of you who can pay are supporting those who aren’t able to.
