Gentle Flow Yoga is an online class that runs on Thursday evenings from 8:30-9:10pm. This is offered via Zoom. I send out details each Thursday morning. Contact me to add your name to the class email list.
During class we will flow through a series of yoga postures while focusing on our breathing. The postures change weekly depending on the theme.
The final minutes of class are dedicated to relaxation, which is guided verbally by me.
You do not need to have any experience with yoga to join in. Modifications and alternatives will be offered so everyone can practice at their own pace.
Pregnant and postnatal women are welcome to join as long as they have been cleared by their doctor or midwife. Please contact me beforehand so I can best support you.

This class will run on a donation-based sliding scale with a suggested donation of £4. No one will be turned away if they can’t pay. I know people are on limited income right now, so those of you who can pay are supporting those who aren’t able to.
