Thanks for booking on this event! I look forward to practicing with you.

Here are a few reminders to make the day as relaxing as possible:

  • Wear comfortable clothing that moves with you.
  • Wear layers like a jumper and socks in case you get cold.
  • Bring a blanket or two for the relaxation.
  • Bring a scarf to use for deepening stretches.
  • Bring a yoga mat if you have one (I have a few extra, but not enough
    for everyone.)
  • Bring a bottle of water with you.

Let me know beforehand if you have any injuries or if you are pregnant so I can offer
modifications where needed. I want to make sure you are comfortable
throughout the whole practise.
