Here are a few reminders to make the day as relaxing as possible:
- Wear comfortable clothing that moves with you.
- Wear layers like a jumper and socks in case you get cold.
- Bring a blanket or two for the relaxation.
- Bring a scarf to use for deepening stretches.
- Bring a yoga mat if you have one (I have a few extra, but not enough
- Bring a bottle of water with you.
Let me know beforehand if you have any injuries or if you are pregnant so I can offer
modifications where needed. I want to make sure you are comfortable
throughout the whole practise.
