I teach flow-style yoga classes, workshops and retreats in Ross-shire and Sutherland, Scottish Highlands.
My mission is to share yoga, meditation, relaxation and self-care practices with people across every walk of life so that we may all find more joy and vitality in our lives.
My teaching style puts the individual at the centre of the yoga practice. Through mindful breathing and movement, each person learns how to create an experience that supports their own health and well-being. All yoga practices are adaptable so students can work at their own pace. Optional modifications and adjustments are also offered.
This approach makes my classes ideal for beginners, with enough flexibility to support exisiting practitioners in their continued growth.
I am a certified 200 hour yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance and have three years of teaching experience.
