Kelsey Ansbro Yoga: Terms & Conditions (2026)

1. Booking & Payments

  • Subscriptions: Monthly payments are due on the same date each month via Acuity/Stripe. You may cancel at any time with 30 days' notice.

  • Blocks: 6-week blocks must be paid in full upfront to secure your space.

  • Drop-ins: Must be booked and paid for at least 24 hours in advance.

2. Cancellation & Rollover Policy

  • Student Cancellation: To be eligible for a rollover or reschedule, you must provide at least 24 hours' notice.

  • Rollovers: For monthly Essential membership subscribers, a maximum of one class credit can be rolled over to the following month. Rolled-over credits expire after 30 days.

    For monthly Pro-Active membership subscribers, a maximum of two class credits can be rolled over to the following month. Rolled-over credits expire after 30 days.

  • Teacher Cancellation: In the unlikely event that I must cancel a class (e.g., illness or emergency), you will receive a full credit or a refund for that session.

3. Health & Safety

  • All students must complete a Health Intake & Consent Form before their first class.

  • It is your responsibility to inform the teacher of any changes to your health, new injuries, or if you become pregnant.

  • Adaptive Nature: While I provide modifications, you are the best judge of your own body. If a movement causes sharp pain, you agree to stop and inform the teacher immediately.

4. Online & Digital Content

  • Chair Yoga Recordings: Recordings are for your personal use only and must not be shared with third parties.

  • Online Safety: You are responsible for ensuring your home practice space is clear of hazards. By participating online, you acknowledge that I cannot see your alignment as clearly as in person.

5. Privacy & Data Protection (GDPR)

  • I collect your personal and health data solely for your safety and to provide tailored instruction.

  • Your data is stored securely via Acuity/Google Drive and will never be sold to third parties.

  • Under the Data (Use and Access) Act 2025, you have the right to request a copy of your data or ask for it to be deleted at any time.
